Refund policy

Tuningsworld.com is committed to providing all customers with more suitable and high-performance car model parts. If you receive incorrect or damaged products, please send an email to sales@tuningsworld.com. Please provide your name, order number, and photo of the defective or incorrect product. We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days. No refunds are required, and we have 15 working days money-back guarantee after receiving the returned items. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase, please contact us at any time from Monday to Friday within 15 days after receiving the goods. Provide the return address, and you will get a refund within 3-5 working days after receiving the returned product.

All returned items must be in brand new condition. In order for the returned item to be accepted, the item must remain in the same condition and original packaging as the original.

To start the return, please send an email to sales@tuningsworld.com and provide your name, order number, and a photo of the defective or incorrect turbocharger. All emails will be replied to within 3-5 business days, so please wait for a reply before continuing.

The reasons you might want to return the item:

Item Quality problem:

1). Buyers need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.

2). Return postage is undertaken by the buyer.

3). Please allow us to have 2-3 weeks processing time to issue the exchange or refund. Our mechanic will inspect every return item. After the inspection, if it is the manufacture defective problem, you will get the exchange or refund within 24 hours.

4). If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us first, before you leave any comments. We are dedicated to assuring that you will get top quality products and service.

You purchased the wrong item:

1) 15% restocking fee will be charged.

2) Return postage is undertaken by the buyer.

3) The shipping and handling fee is not refundable.

4) The buyer must contact the sale representative within 14 days after the item arrived.

5). Return item must be in brand new and unused condition with original tags and packaging. Any product that has been used does not qualify for a return or exchange.

Shipping damage:

We only use Yodel, Parcel Force, Royal Mail, P2P, DPD, DHL, UPS, TNT, FEDEX & EMS  top service shipping companies. Please check the package when it arrives. Please Do NOT sign for any damaged package. It is your responsibility to sign the delivery in person and inspect the package before you sign anything. If you noticed the package is broken, please ask the delivery man to file the shipping damage claim immediately. Also please give us your shipping damage case number, we will help you to get the compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.

We shipped the wrong item

1). Return items must be in original condition.

2). Buyer must contact the sale representative within 7 days after the item arrived

3). We would be under the responsibility to issue you a full refund or send you a new product, once the returned item is received.
